These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kitty Yoga DC website, classes, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By booking or participating in a class, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment

Full payment or deposit is required to reserve your spot.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Payment is processed securely via third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe).

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled class.

Missed classes or late cancellations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

In the rare event of a cancellation on our part, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

3. Class Participation

Participants must arrive on time. Doors typically close 15 minutes after class begins for the safety of the kittens and guests.

Participants must follow all hygiene, safety, and animal interaction guidelines provided before or during class.

We reserve the right to deny entry or remove anyone acting inappropriately or posing a risk to animals, staff, or other guests.

4. Animal Welfare

Kittens are supervised and cared for throughout the session.

Rough handling, forced interaction, or any form of mistreatment will result in immediate removal without refund.

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in a class, you acknowledge and accept:

• Physical activity carries inherent risks.

• Interaction with animals carries inherent risks.

Kitty Yoga DC LLC and its affiliates are not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, lost items, or other damages arising from participation. Our Release of Liability can be viewed HERE.

6. Use of Photos and Videos

Photos or videos may be taken during classes for promotional or marketing purposes.

Participants who do not wish to appear in photos or videos must notify us in writing prior to their session.

7. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to update class offerings, schedules, policies, and pricing at any time.

8. Gift Cards & Class Packages

8.1 Non-Refundable Policy

All gift cards and class packages are non-refundable once partially or fully used, regardless of how many credits remain.

Unused gift cards or packages may be refunded within 48 hours of purchase, provided no booking has been made using the credit.

8.2 Validity

Gift cards and packages do not expire.

8.3 Transferability

Credits from gift cards or packages may be transferred to another person.

8.4 Class Availability & Redemption

Possession of a gift card or package does not guarantee a spot in a specific class.

Advance booking is required and redemption is subject to studio capacity and availability.

8.5 Lost or Stolen Cards

Kitty Yoga DC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused digital or physical gift cards.

If a purchased gift card was not received, contact us to verify the email address used during purchase.

9. Unlimited Monthly Membership Policy

9.1 Minimum Term & Billing

The Unlimited Monthly Kitty Yoga & Pilates Membership requires a two (2) month minimum commitment, charged in full at the time of purchase. After the minimum term, the membership renews monthly.

9.2 Cancellation

Membership may be cancelled after the initial two-month commitment, provided cancellation occurs before the next renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9.3 No Refunds

Once a membership payment has been processed, no refunds are issued. Exceptions may be granted at Kitty Yoga’s discretion in the form of studio credits, gift cards, or class packages.
